- If the "scatter plots of current 
  parameters" tag is not linked,
  there are a couple of reasons why:

     1 Incorrect range. Both ranges should 
       be the same.
     2 Inequal Improvements. The top and 
       bottom displays should have the same 
       improvement attributes. Either both 
       should be improved or both should not.

-If the notepad or the Scatter plot are not visible,
they may be behind the main graph window.  Minimize
other windows to find them.
