- If the "Draw Scatter Plot" text is not linked,
  there are several possible causes:

     1) An incorrect range. The range for both
     graphs should be the same.

     2) Unequal Improvements. The top and 
     bottom displays should have the same 
     improvement attributes. Either both 
     should be improved or both should not.
     
- If the Notebook Window or the Scatter Plot Window are not visible,
they may be behind the main RiverWeb graph window.  Minimize
other windows to find them.
