Select Runoff as the indicator for the top station. Click on Change Display to see the Runoff and Precipitation graphs for Station 0. Now, click on scatterplots at the top of the RiverWeb WQS window. A new window will appear and a scatterplot will be drawn. Notice that runoff is zero until precipitation exceeds eight-tenths of an inch. At that point, runoff increases dramatically.
